Hello. I’m Isobel, and I love helping people to find out more about themselves and recognise their worth.  


I know that understanding your struggles can be confusing and stressful, but I also know that there’s hope.  With the right support, I believe you can make sense of what's happening for you now and get back to feeling like yourself again.

Choosing a counsellor can be a daunting task as I found out when I was looking for the right person myself.  It is important to find someone that you feel comfortable with, as together you will create a relationship built on trust and connection.


I aim to create a calm, safe and non-judgemental environment where you can feel comfortable to share and explore what’s going on for you at your own pace.  My hope is that I can enable you to freely express yourself with the understanding of being accepted for who you are.  You may feel overwhelmed and not know where to start.  We can navigate this process together.


I have experience of working with people from all walks of life who are struggling with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, relationship difficulties, childhood issues, work issues, low self-esteem, bereavement and loss, long term health issues, anger, lack of purpose, not feeling understood, cultural conflicts, life-transition struggles and the effects of trauma.
