INTRODUCTORY PHONE CALL
I offer a free 15 minute phone call or Zoom call where we can discuss your reasons for coming to counselling and explore if we both feel we would be a good fit to work together.
IN-PERSON COUNSELLING SESSIONS

Free parking in car park opposite or free street parking. Lift available.
In-person counselling takes place in my welcoming and relaxing counselling room in the centre of Wokingham.
Sessions last 60 minutes and take place weekly, usually at the same time each week. I regularly review throughout the work to ensure ongoing benefit from our time together.
£60 per session
ONLINE COUNSELLING SESSIONS
Remote online sessions are a great way to experience counselling for many reasons - personal preference, no travel issues or travel time, fitting it in around work commitments, difficulty leaving the house are just a few.
I usually use Zoom and work from a private space to protect your confidentiality.
£60 per 60 minute session.
