Sessions & Fees

IN-PERSON & ONLINE COUNSELLING FOR INDIVIDUALS AGED 18+

Experience counselling either in-person in Wokingham, Berkshire or Online

from the comfort of your own home or other safe space.

 Sessions last 50 minutes and will usually take place weekly.

Introductory Session

NO COMMITMENT NECESSARY

I offer a reduced rate introductory session where we can discuss your reasons for coming to counselling and explore whether we both feel we would be a good fit to continue working together.

£30 for one 50 minute session

Counselling Sessions

WEEKLY SESSIONS

I regularly review at intervals throughout the work to ensure ongoing benefit from our time together.

£55 per session

Online Sessions

I offer online sessions, usually using Zoom.  I work from a private space to protect your confidentiality, please ensure you have privacy too.
